This entire company is incredible. But I typically schedule with Riley. They go above and beyond what you could expect with a groomer. They are patient, gentle and loving with my pups. Their prices are affordable so if you have a high maintenance breed, this is the best place for keeping up with your pets grooming needs consistently without breaking the bank. Riley and Carolyn are extremely knowledgeable, and clearly chose this line of work for more than just a paycheck. I won’t go anywhere else. Especially now that I have a little lady who can get her nails painted.

This establishment is all around amazing. From their customer service down to their timing and effort. I’ve been bringing my doodle here for a little over a year and I have never, not once been disappointed. They’re so friendly and so understanding and helpful when it comes down to rescheduling or just booking your pups next appointment. I would also like to point out how patient they are with my baby as he is very hyper and can be a bit much sometimes. They truly care about each and every fur baby that comes through their doors! 10/10 recommend bringing your pup here!

We love the doggy spa! We take our three pups over for nail trimming and grooming and we often use the self service station. Service is incredible and the staff are super friendly and great with the dogs!

Carolyn’s Custom Pup Cuts was AMAZING! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the place was very clean and open. My pup Bruce is an 11-month-old, 70+ lb big boy, and this was his very first grooming experience—they did an outstanding job. They told me Bruce did great, which I truly believe is because they took the time to walk him through everything at his own pace. I was so impressed with how patient and caring they were, as well as how clean the shop was and how great his trim turned out. I already made another appointment! 1000/10 — would definitely recommend!

After reading many excellent reviews about Carolyn and her staff - we decided it would be worth a shot for our goldendoodles first grooming experience. Not only was the booking process very easy, Carolyn was very responsive to my questions, and her services are reasonably priced. Their new shop is beautiful and immaculate.
