Dr. Hall and all of the staff here have treated me and my dogs with the utmost care and compassion. I had three senior chihuahuas, all with health challenges. Dr. Hall took her time and thoroughly explained everything. I never felt rushed. I especially like being able to text questions like appt requests and medication refills to their main number. I always received prompt responses. Sadly, my 17 year old buddy was giving me signs he was ready. I made the difficult decision to let him and his bonded 15 year old sister go together. Their room for euthanasia was warm and inviting. We were treated with care and compassion throughout the whole process. Things were explained and not rushed. My kitty is terrified of people, but the last few times I brought him in, they have been great with him. Posting a photo so you can see how chill he is at home.

10/10 stars! Dr. Jarman and her staff were so kind and helpful in taking care of our sweet beagle, Ruby. We initially came in for an urgent care visit and they were able to give our pup a thorough evaluation and recommended medications to get her back to her normal self. Thank you guys again for taking care of our family dog and for being so kind with my daughter!

This is an amazing animal hospital! Our dog had a broken toenail and infection, and they quickly sedated him and fixed the issue. The people here are super nice, they really care for the animals, and the prices are great. I have two dogs and plan on bringing both of them here for a long time. I would recommend to anybody who has pets and cares about them to bring them here.

I first came upon this vet when we first moved to BG a little over a year ago. My dog came down with kidney disease quickly, and we had to put him down. Gunner was my husband and I's world. They were kind, patient, loving and thoughtful during the whole process. Now I have a 3 month old puppy that they have taken the best care of, and even gives her presents. ❣️ I am very cautious, picky, and particular about the vet I use... I'm willing to travel hours for good care for my babies. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff of Caroline Animal Hospital, so close to home.
