I’m new to the area and have a 15 year old long-haired kitty that I get shaved once or twice a year. She tends to get matted no matter how much I do my best to brush her. Everyone here is so lovely and treated my fur daughter with such gentleness and care. She got the lion cut! The price point was fantastic too. If you’re looking for a groomer, this is your place. :)

They were very professional with how they handled their business. The staff was nice an explained everything perfectly to a T. They treated my Booka as if he was their own and did an amazing job grooming my Shih Zhu. I highly recommend them for any of your future grooms! 😁❤️

I have been using Carolina groomers for roughly 13 years. They used to board my pets as well. I have never had a unkind reaction or not been turned away. I'm hopeful in the future I find as kind groomers when I move. They love my fur babies like I love them and are always helpful with advice and give notice on when something may be a vet issue. I have a 14 and 8 yr old dog that have always come here. They are professional, local and very sweet. If there ever was a misunderstanding they were professional and courteous to listen to my needs. In fact there was a time I thought they cut my dog too short and then they explained why they did this and it actually was to benefit my dog they truly love your animals and are wonderful people. I have been taking my furbaby for grooming for two years, on September 3 I took him For regular visit, it's been a couple of harder and painful weeks, they did a horrible job, my dog has been bleeding every day since, due to a lot of cuts on his body, including neck, back, legs, and ears,When I picked him up, I was told, “He has his ears a little bit irritated, but I won't need to take him to the vet.” Since that horrible visit I have been taking my baby to the vet twice, his cuts required attention and medication, and even at this point he's still struggling, they cut his ears, and it's still an issue going on. I have been trying to reach out to the owner of the business to report the incident, and I haven't heard from this person, It looks like there is no follow-up on my case, I am not
