Carolina Carports

I ordered my carport from a dealer in Kansas July 25th. I originally ordered the carport so that I could sell my house that does not have a garage. The carport was supposed to be installed in 6-8 weeks. I called more than a dozen times and spoke with Daisy and Cassady from the Missouri division. I never once got a straight answer with a date for delivery that actually happened. It was first scheduled for mid October. I called mid November to try to get it delivered. They rescheduled for early December, I called late December and they told me it would be there by the first of the year. I called mid January, they said that it would be there by the 20th and that I would get a call that week to finalize a time to meet. The sales team is great at communication. But once you get past that, the communication is absurdly rude and incompetent. Due to the way they subcontract installers, if there is a problem w/ install, you go to the back of the line for any service. This cost us thousands in delays. It took 12 emails in the same day just to get a straight answer on when rescheduling would occur. Absolutely no responsibility for their failed install/subs. When reaching out after the dust settled, it took numerous attempts to reach customer support. When I heard back, the note wasn't even addressed correctly (as if my email didn't match my name?) and told they would get back to me. That was two months ago and no other attempts from me have resulted in a response. Thank God I don't have a warranty claim (yet?).

Excellent building. Great crew, setup took a about a day. Takes about 3 months from time of order, but they tell you in contact. No complaints.

This is a carport manufacturer. I picked product to do an addition to my existing carport. The personnel were very nice and accommodating.

Carport was delivered and set up in under 4 hours. Very nice. The installers however have quite the scam going. Charged me $100 for "leveling " that took just a few minutes and they even used my blocks that I had. They left here and went to my brother's to install one and charging him $150 for "leveling". They left a big roll of metal here to pick up in the morning for jobs in KC tomorrow. I think I need to charge a storage fee. Maybe like $250.
