Caring hands has cared for our pups medical needs. They are kind, friendly, very clean and can be trusted. Our pups have had dental care, surgeries, health maintenance and emergencies. Our oldest is 16 years and the youngest is 3.

I've brought my guinea pig, Thelma, in to see these guys several times for jaw abscess issues. If you know guinea pigs, you know that this is a really common problem for them. They have been great with her. I went to another local vet before I came to these guys, huge mistake. The other vet gave my guinea pig an antibiotic that is a big no no for guinea pigs, and it almost killed her. The exotic pet vets at Caring Hands knew right away what to do to get her back on the right track. They are knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and willing to talk through everything. Their prices are reasonable, the facility is clean and their staff are professional. Its a great place to get care.

Dr. Herron and her team saved my Chicken!! She was the 4th Vet to see and diagnos our Baby! We are happy to say she is thriving now. We are SO very thankful! We Love our Little Lady!! Thank you for doing what no one else could. Love the Freemans

This place did great at treating my kitten Finn with so much care and patience. He got his rabies and microchip for fairly cheap compared to other vets which was $200 and at Caring Hands it was $115. He had ear mites too and the vet cleaned them free of charge . My new and favorite vets in Billings. Not to mention I have 4 other animals and we will be vetting here now. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful with my questions.

These folks are amazing! I usually take my pets to Laurel as it’s closer for me, however, they got me in right away when my dog was in distress when my vet couldn’t because he was on his lunch break. We will now be taking all of our animals here.They took such wonderful care of my puppy, and we left with smiles on our faces.
