Caring hands helped us with the cremation and handling the remains of my best friend for 10 years. They were compassionate, professional, and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. The cremation process took longer than I expected, but was not unreasonable. From drop off to pick up was just over 2 weeks. Well worth it for the quality of service. The containment box is truly lovely and the paw print memorial is a 3d impression, not just an ink stamp. This was one of the hardest periods in my life and caring hands helped move us through it. We're very satisfied with how things turned out and I am thankful they treated my Ella with the care she deserved.

My husband and I went in to visit with one fur baby and during our visit we were told about another fur baby that may be the perfect fit for us. So we went back for a visit with the second baby. They were right, she is the perfect fit for our family. Our adoption process was amazingly smooth. The packet that came home with us was packed full of useful information. Very good prices almost 50$ cheaper than other places for kittens. Very friendly staff and you can play and meet any cat you like, just open its cage and meet it. A very good selection of cats to!

They were very kind handling all my cremations over the years. Sometimes I could barely communicate I was so upset, but they were so kind and patient. I have adopted a wonderful deaf dog from here. They were wonderful through that process also. I just love you all and what you do. I donate every Christmas!

The office girls at Caring Hands were fantastic to work with! It was abundantly apparent that they care deeply for the animals they house at their shelter. We adopted Saba, but have since changed her name to Foxy, because of her fox-like tail. In the short period of time she has lived with us, she has brought so much joy to our home. Her enthusiasm and loving embrace (yes, she’s a big-time hugger) are a total delight. In addition, Foxy has already bonded very well with her big sister a Great Pyrenees named Sadie. Our cat Nachi has begun to warm up to the ever-playful Foxy seeing her not as a threat. We make sure to give them plenty of time to play and spar each day.
