I brought in my 8 week Shichon who weighed 3 lbs for her first visit. Everyone of the gals in the front office loved my tiny Sadie. They were very friendly and Dr was very good in explaining what was needed now and in the future. Very organized place.

I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Fink for over 15 years and he and his staff are the absolute best! I wouldn’t take my beloved pets to anyone else in Omaha, JD treats Oleg and Wilber like his own and is always available to see them when an emergency arises. Truly the best Veterinarian in the Omaha area!

I had been a loyal client of this clinic for 25 years with multiple pets under the care of Dr. Fink, and I always felt our animals were in good hands. Unfortunately, since the change in management, the quality of care and service has declined dramatically. The clinic now feels disorganized and understaffed. The phone system is automated, making it nearly impossible to speak to a real person. Messages are not returned—especially regarding prescriptions, which is incredibly frustrating and even dangerous for pets needing timely medications. After days of waiting for a response, I physically went to the clinic to follow up, only to be told that they couldn’t fill my dog’s prescriptions because a doctor needed to sign off—and there wasn’t one available in the office more than a couple of day

Warning: This veterinary practice is under new management, and the quality of care has significantly declined. As a 20+ year customer, I can no longer recommend them. The new owners use an automated phone system that makes it impossible to speak with a staff member, leading to an endless game of phone tag. It took over a week to get a crucial anti-anxiety medication refilled for my dog. On top of that, they demanded a new physical for my other dog's arthritis medication—a mere two months after their last exam—after another week of unanswered calls. If your pet's health is a priority, I urge you to find care elsewhere.

I had done some research on where to go for a vet for my cat as I am a new adult and wanted to make sure my cat was going to get the best care and I went with animal center west Omaha. Our first visit went good and I was very pleased but from the second visit and on I kept getting an off vibe from the staff, as they would make sly comments here and there and I wasn’t sure why I deserved that as I have just been trying to care for my animals the best I can. Regardless I kept going back, even when the comments started to seem like the staff didn’t think I was taking good enough care of my cat.
