I cannot give Bethel enough stars. This visit was my first visit here. They had to give me some tough news about my pet. The vet was so patient with me and kind. While I was there I had to make a pretty quick decision for treatment to save my pets life and we decided we could not afford it and we're going to have to put our pet down. I was pretty devastated. By the time I left, it really felt like I have been going here for years. Everyone was so helpful and really cared for my pet. I had scheduled the appointment to euthanize my pet the next day and went home. A few hours later the vet called me to provide me a few resources. The front desk also called and emailed me resources. This Clinic gives Amazing Customer Service from your Initial Phone Contact to when you carry your Pet out the Door. My Girl Kitty was having some Digestive Issues. She was thoroughly tested and properly prescribed. She's doing fine now. I have No Complaints and Only Compliments for this Business. Teddy's first visit with Dr. Ward went as expected. Dr. Ward and his staff are kind and loving people with animal care in mind. We have been using Bethal animal Hospital since they opened. Our loving pets have always received the best care available.

They always took great care of us. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. Medical advice was always good. Unfortunately we moved out of state but going to miss them. Something I didn’t realize until I moved away and tried a new vet, but I loved how quiet it was here. You don’t hear a bunch of dogs and cats barking and meowing like crazy in their kennels. The exam rooms are also large and clean. This just creates a much more calming environment for the animals.

We had a great first experience with Dr. Becker, his vet tech and their receptionist. I highly recommend this clinic and will take my other cats there. Our Precious was handled with great care.
