Care First Glenwood is a terrific animal hospital! After moving from another vet that was good but not great, my wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with the care and attention all of the staff gives to our Golden Retriever. The techs are all very kind and knowledgeable, and the veterinarians really take the time to discuss details and care options. Their availability is also great - we’ve consistently been seen same-day when an issue crops up, even on weekends. Highly recommend!!

we’ve been going to care first for our dog, lizard, since moving to the area. whether it was for routine vet visits, last minute urgent needs, grooming, or boarding, care first always gave our baby so much attention and care. We would walk in and the workers would immediately greet lizard as if he was an old friend. this past week, we had to say goodbye to our boy, and care first was once again absolutely amazing throughout the process. i don’t know many vet offices that send flowers to your door after your pet passes, but it was quite a surprise that warmed our hearts. when we eventually get a new pet, we know we’d come back here in a heartbeat. thank you to the lovely workers here (too many names to list — truly!) who always took great care of liz!

My dog had severe GI upset and had several appointments. The veterinarians and techs were absolutely amazing and so helpful, especially knowing how worried I was about my pup, Kennedy. She was hospitalized for two days, came home at night and I received updates every few hours. The vets that saw her prior came and checked in, and also Dr. Jesse called and wrote detailed notes for me to have when I took Kennedy home. They were so caring and patient and overall just wonderful. The front desk staff all greeted us when we came in, and I am sure Kennedy received lots of love while being treated. I appreciate them all so much for all they do. Kennedy is also groomed here and Jane is so amazing, Kennedy just prances back to see her, and she always looks so cute when done. I’ve been taking Kennedy

Care First is the best. Every tech and vet takes the time and effort to ensure our animals (1 cat and 1 dog) feel safe and cared for. Not only that but we brought our cat in for a bladder issue a couple weeks ago and they called just to follow up and check in. I know that feels crazy to think but it's the little things they do that make you know your animals are cared about. Cannot recommend care first enough. Paul is by far our dog's favorite tech as well, sorry everyone else

I've had my dog from a 2 month old pup, and she's 13 now and showing her age. Care First has provided the best veterinary care I've received out of the many different providers we've gone to over 13 years across 2 states and 3 different cities. The culture at Care First is truly that your pet's well-being is the priority. They take the time to discuss your pet's health with you. They review your pet's history to make sure they aren't just treating a single incidence on its own. Their doctors have a comprehensive knowledge and patience, and the staff is compassionate and competent. If you're fortunate enough to live near their practices, you would not be disappointed to choose them to provide the highest quality medical care for your pet.
