Cape Horn Incredible Pets

The staff here were so friendly and knowledgeable about all their pets, and what a variety they have, from beautiful unique birds, cats, fish, reptiles, guinea pigs , the place was alot more spacious than it appears. They have a wide range of animal accessories, food, leashes, cages, toys they got it all. Stop by and bring your kids to see all their exciting animals, especially the enormous tortoise that walks the isles like he owns the place, he is a sight to see. I'm definitely going to be a return customer

Overall a nice store with a lot of items. One of the best variety of items in a petstore in the area. Wish their bird item section had a bit more items to pick from like the other areas of ths store. However the animals seemed well cared for and in good shape from what I could see. Will definitely be back.

I called 8 different pet store looking for a male hampster for my daughter. All the first 7 stores say" sorry we dont carry males and cant order them either" but my 8th call was to cape horn and the lovely girl on the phone said" we carry m/f hampsters let me be sure we still have the male". It was a yes and asked if they could give me 45min. To make it their that I'd be leaving with him-- no problem she said. Showed up in 40 min. The staff member that helped was awesome ,polite, and just down to earth with us. Thank you and the stores 45 min. Away but ill definitely be back to shop again!

This is one of the best mom and pop pet shops around, they have great deals on animals, lots of different varieties and lots of amazing animals waiting to find forever homes.

I have really tried to like this place but again and again they have let me down. First issue I had was that I had an employee give me frozen rats instead of mice, I tried to correct the issue at that moment in the store and they insisted that “the mice were just big” and so I used the wrong size for my snakes a few weeks ago. Next time I go in, I talked with a manager (Hailey) and she confirmed that they were infact the wrong size and type and helped me. She is the only reason I returned a few times after that, she personally deserves 5 stars and more but everyone else I have interacted with as either not listened to me, not engaged with me for help or straight up has misdirected me. What really has done it for me and has fully left me feeling disgusted and frustrated is I had just come h
