Cape Fear Spay/Neuter Clinic

Like a well oiled machine! They have this down for sure. Our 5lb dog got spayed this week. Everything was exactly as expected as far as the process. Our pup broke the stitches that same night and the doctor on text message was very accommodating and quick to respond. We ended up needing to come back the next night for a re-do basically, but I was just happy they were there to take care of her. Even with that mishap, I would recommend the care here.

I drive over 2hrs to have my dogs and cats get spayed and neutered here. Besides reasonable prices, they have an amazing staff and really care. Im confident my animals are safe and well treated and cared for before, during and after their surgeries. I completely trust them with my babies. Im grateful for finding them.

I tried contacting several places to neuter a stray cat that kept hanging around my house. Cape Fear Spay and Neuter Clinic was the one that responded and answered all my questions, and promptly! They took good care of my new cat, Peeper, and I ended up doing all the vacs plus neuter for a fraction of the cost of a regular vet office here in Wilmington. I highly recommend this place. The people there are super friendly as well....

The staff and veterinarian are very friendly and caring. I have had multiple pets spayed and neutered at this clinic. One of my rescue cats were spayed there before I rescued her.

This either 4th or 5th cat I have taken here. This was the best experience so far. They run a tight ship and I like the straight forward instructions for before & after the procedure. Pricing is very reasonable.
