A delightful option versus going into San Antonio. Our sites were set for a vet grooming which offered sedation for a problem child (Shih Tzu). The immediate area was softly shouting 'hill country' and the building stone exterior just next to 'Fetch'... The small glass block on the counter was lit, alerting that someone's pet was 'saying goodbye'; the staff was very professional. Our vet, Dr. Wunderlich, was able to address all of our concerns and give our pooch a thorough physical, injections given, and appointments made, all done in the same room. Looking forward to the next visit here, as my wife and I feel very comfortable with this clinic, this veterinarian, and the locale. Two Thumbs Up! 👍🏼👍🏼

After my dog was sick up all night throwing up and having diarrhea I called the vet to get him in and let them know it was urgent. The receptionist had no concern for the health of my dog was not willing to try to see the dog today and made no recommendation for another location where I could get him treatment. I purchased a thrive membership to make sure my dog would be taken care of and as it turns out, it does absolutely nothing. Poor Sparky will need to find a new vet and we will never return to this location again. They don’t care about your animals or if they’re sick don’t give them your business.

So happy we found CanyonVet! The staff is kind, the office is spotless, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They treated our pups like their own and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet that actually cares.

Barney is always treated like royalty. He gets excited when we enter the clinic which assures me that he is comfortable there. The staff is amazing. Their attention to detail and quality of care is unsurpassed. I have been coming to this clinic for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. We moved to New Braunfels 2 years ago and I still use this clinic. Kudos!

As always we had an excellent experience at Canyon Vet Canyon Lake - the girls at reception, the techs and the vets are all amazing. They gave us the time and attention needed to diagnose our dogs issues and got a plan of treatment that started working immediately. They will always be our #1 go to for our babies.
