I recently boarded my dogs at Canine Social of Troy for five nights, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. They offer play days, treats, and suite accommodations, and even when I made a reservation mistake that was 100% my fault, their team quickly shifted gears and accommodated it without hesitation. I don’t travel often, so leaving my pups can be stressful—but for the first time, I felt completely worry-free. I received daily photos and updates, which meant so much and really showed how attentive they are. My dogs enjoyed both one-on-one attention and group play, and it was clear they were happy and well cared for. The facility itself is beautiful and extremely clean, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the website is easy to navigate with plenty of treat and package o
It was our 1st time taking our dog there! We took him there for 8 days. They took our booking a few days before Christmas. Everyone was nice. We appreciated the fact that our dog was able to have playtime outside of his kennel without being charged extra. When we picked up our dog they explained how his time was and he appeared to be safe and healthy! We'll definitely take him back there in the future!
We love Canine Social of Troy! Our dog has been there for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and every experience has been great. The place is always super clean, the staff is so friendly, and I love that the dogs can freely roam inside and outside to play. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s well cared for — and he’s always excited to go back!
This place is amazing from the staff to the facility! Everyone is so knowledgeable. I stopped in for the open house just have to say how awesome this place is. And just have to say OMG the couch’s for the pups are the cuties ever… I have brought my pup in for a bath/nail trim and he looked and smelled so good when he was done. I can’t wait to have him join in the fun at doggy daycare.
Looks like a great place to board my pups. Have place space and are out to play most of the day
