Canine Inc

I have big dogs. One is considered a giant breed. Canine Inc. is the few places that will board and groom giant breeds. They do a wonderful job and are knowledgeable about giant breed coat standards. I have only good things to say about canine inc. They always know my pups by name. They are courteous and the facilities are clean!! Most important of all my animals are happy when they are there. My dogs are always excited when we drive up. I highly recommend!

Updated review: Well, I wish I could say that things are better with this groomer. I have lowered my review from 3 stars to 1 star. We made an appointment to have our Yorkies groomed again. It takes a while to get an appointment with this particular groomer but we were happy to wait. We have assumed, twice now, that when you schedule a day and a time that that will be your appointment time. But not with this groomer. Your appointment is only a drop off time. They will get around to your dog whenever they choose to. This is the second time that it has been all day to groom our 2 Yorkies. But this time we just went ahead and picked them up without letting them groom them. We dropped them off at 9 a.m. and we called to check on them about 2 pm. BLUF: Very Highly Recommend! Hi, I usually don't review but the owner and her staff have done an outstanding job over the many years I have boarded my "hobby farm dog" with them. At 14 yo, 40ish lbs, Hardy has been boarded several places or has travel with me many times. Luckily I tried Canine Inc, many years ago, after arrangements fell through. Sine then, Hardy has been dropped off with short notice for a few days (just had to ask and I was lucky to get him a spot) to him staying for almost two months. For most of March and April 2024 he was there receiving the best care I could have ever wanted. As an older dog he has health problems and was losing weight - bad enough that I provided the owner a letter for my vet regarding end-of-life care. They have supported me by trying different

This is heartbreaking to do, but after 5 years of boarding with Canine Inc, we've had to leave. The owner has a substance abuse problem. She was unavailable for contact and we had to get the authorities involved. Before this, Canine Inc was perfect and she was the best person with our dog. Our dog had severe anxiety with getting her nails trimmed but Lisa was able to do it every time and our dog was no longer anxious at all. The business has gone down hill and it's sad to see. I hope that she can get the help she needs and the business can recover. UPDATE: Since the owner is doubling down and claiming this is a lie, here's the full details. She’s totally awesome and really tries to go the extra mile for our fur friends. She can get a little overwhelmed with clients pets and phones so be patient. :)
