I should have listened to my dog when he growled at her when she first started to take him. She washed him, dried him and didn't brush him out. She hardly cut the front toenails yet back toenails were cut into the quick and were bleeding when I picked him up. I didn't realize he was bleeding until my next stop when I found my blouse was all bloody from his paws. She also kept a $60 flea and tick collar that had five more months of activation on it. What she gave me was one like it that she knew didn't fit because she didn't put it back on. She was done with him in 15 minutes and calling for me to pick him up. The $20 dog grooming cost me approximately $80 with her keeping the collar and my blouse being ruined.
