Canine Country Club

My pup Goose has been staying at Canine Country Club for the past month, and we can so clearly tell he loves it here! You can tell the care and attention these pups get is unmatched! Every time we have come to pick him up he almost seems like he doesn’t want to leave! We LOVE the daily picture updates on their Facebook page. As an owner, seeing those pictures really helps put your mind at ease, especially if it’s your first time boarding a pet! I would 100% recommend Canine Country Club to anyone looking for top notch care for their pups!

Our dog loves coming to Canine Country Club. We’ve used them now for two years for boarding and it’s always been great! Our pup jumps out and runs inside the gates when we get there!

Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Communication, Clarity, and Accountability I’m writing this review with a heavy heart after a deeply disappointing experience with Canine Country Club during my dog’s weekend boarding stay on June 27th. He was supposed to stay Friday-Sunday. My 11-month-old purebred Doberman has stayed at this facility once or twice before without issue. We chose Canine Country Club specifically because they allow intact dogs group play, unlike many of the larger chains nearby. He has been successfully boarded at other facilities and is very social; he has never displayed aggression and respects boundaries very well. I learned about Canine Country Club through a friend and I am so grateful for this referral! I recently boarded my dog Stryker and had a fantastic experience! Boarding my dog is always a bit stressful as he is a bit high strung and anxious. From the moment I met Bonnie, Luv, and the rest of the staff I was immediately put at ease. It was apparent how they genuinely care about the pets in their care. The accommodations were spacious and clean-plenty of room for him to relax and feel comfortable.There is also a great outdoor space for play and fresh air. This was by far the best boarding experience I have ever had and will definitely bring him back next time I travel! Thank you CCC!

After 9 years of loyalty, we are extremely disappointed in how our recent experience was handled—particularly when our dog came home sick and we needed answers. This started as a behavioral concern: during pickup from an overnight stay, a staff member yelled at one of our dogs in front of us. We brought this to the facility’s attention, and to their credit, they handled that issue appropriately over email. However, we soon noticed that our other dog, Annie, was very ill—experiencing bloody diarrhea, dehydration, and lethargy. She required urgent veterinary care and subcutaneous fluids, and her kidney values were also slightly off. Annie is no stranger to boarding and daycare at various facilities and has never gotten sick during or after a stay. Out of concern and a need for transparency
