I was a loyal customer for many years, but over the past year and a half the quality of grooming has declined. While haircut differences were frustrating, the bigger issue is that my poodle has now come home with razor burns on two separate visits. I understand that poodle hair can mat, but that does not excuse leaving a dog with injuries. After trying another groomer who had NO issues, with my poodles coat. I gave this business another chance after a few months as the other groom is across town. Unfortunately, my dog again came home with razor burns. This is unacceptable and very concerning. Will not be returning or referring anyone!

Amazing job! Its been very difficult to find a place for oreo, hes a very timid dog and doesnt usually do very well with new place/people and with pervious places we have taken him he comes back hurt and scared but with canine he has came back happier than ever! Amazing place for timid dogs with amazing bilingual service!

I just picked up my two 13 year old chihuahua mixes from being boarded and groomed. They have gone to the same boarding place for 7 years and when they closed, they recommended Canine Cottage. My two boys smell wonderful and know they were well taken care of by their tail wags and happy faces. Thank you!

We have been going here for a couple years. And been pretty satisfied with service. But the last time we took my dog there for bath and nail trim. It didn't really look like her nails were trimmed and I was overcharged I used to bring 2 dogs there and paid the same amount I paid for 1.
