I brought my cat here for the 1st time since his hair got over grown and started to form some mats in the fur. We dropped him off and asked that he be shaved down besides his head, paws and tail. His nails were also trimmed which is where the problem started. When we picked up our cat he seemed uncomfortable and over time he started lifting his paw. We took him to the vet and he has a completely missing nail and 2 chipped nails. The vet said this most likely occurred when he was groomed. So $120+ to be groomed and now $300 + in vet bills and my cat is on morphine for the pain. Never take your animals here. I will be coming back to this establishment for a refund and compensation for the vet bills. Very unprofessional and poor job, very disappointed

I brought my 5 year old cat here to get groomed. He is a very long haired black cat and his undercoat was getting matted and the mats needed to be taken care of. I also asked for them to cut his nails. We dropped him off and was called a couple hours later to pick him up. We get there and my cat leaped onto me and dug his nails into my back. She then says “did you know he only has 9 front nails” and I said no I wasn’t aware and thought this was very odd because I dropped him off with 10 front nails. I come to find out a few days later that she ripped one of his nails out. I figured this out when my cat couldn’t walk on his paw and kept holding it up and licking it like crazy and shaking it. I brought him to the vet and where she ripped his nail out and as infected and bloody and raw. That

My dog was sprayed by a skunk recently. After bathing my dog, the odor remained. I contacted a local groomer who refused to help me with my dog. When I called Canine Connection they agreed immediately and did a wonderful job cleaning her. Now my dog smells great and my family doesn’t have to live with the that terrible smell! It was worth every penny! 🦨🌸 Thank you!

Picked up my cat with a claw torn out that will not grow back and bleed all over. She said he came in that way hmmm. 3 vet visits later and the cats other front paw was examined, vet found another loose nail and says the cat has damaged tendons. It's been a month an my cat still walks on 3 legs. Vets best thought was the cat got a bath grabbed onto something and was ripped off hard enough to do this damage. We just went to speak to her for the second time and said she did not know who we where and tried to give us some ones dog.. so far a bath and hair cut has me 600 dollars in the hole with another vet appointment scheduled. She is a monster and takes no responsibility at all. Cat in pain 24 7 can't jump onto the couch. Do not bring your animals there if you care about them at all. MONSTE
