Canine Comfort Creek

We love Canine Comfort! They have been grooming our dogs for over 13 years and we haven’t had 1 bad or even mediocre experience. Our dogs are always happy and well taken care of. We recommend them to everyone!

I am a very understanding person and I normally don’t leave reviews. However, I took my Blue Heeler there twice. NEVER AGAIN. The first time they cut her hair around her butt without asking. The second time they basically shaved her when I asked them to TRIM her hair. The guy employee asked if I was getting my dog ready for summer and I said yes. I did not know he was asking if I wanted a “summer cut” for my dog which meant a shave. Shaving a double coated dog like mine comes with MANY health issues. I would NEVER ask my dog to be shaved. I asked for a refund but was only offered 50% next visit because it was my fault I did not specify what kind of cut. Even if I had asked for a shave…the quality was awful. I always go there cuz no matter how busy they are the always welcome me in with a smile and cut my pups nails so good while talking softly to my pup so hes not scared. Highly recommend this place.

We're so thankful for Canine Comfort Creek. Our Skye is a very reactive dog and so in the past I've tried to groom her myself. She has growled at me and attempted to bite at me and the tools. I consulted with a dog trainer who recommended Canine Comfort Creek. When speaking of my concerns with Terry over the phone, she was helpful and assured me that they were confident to give Skye a try and will continue to try even if it didn't work out the first time. When we arrived, Terry and Steven were very welcoming. Even though Skye growled and resisted going to the back, they recommended we leave lol which was the best thing. Haha. My baby isn’t always dog friendly and I was nervous about taking her in. I’m so glad I did!! They were amazing and my baby was treated so well. She will definitely be going back. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do! Glad I decided to take her in!
