It was Arthur’s first big boy haircut at 5 1/2 months old. The staff was great and he looks great.

My Pretzel was so nervous walking in but the staff was so kind and came out to get down to her level and give her love and pets before guiding her inside. I told them no pressure, whatever she could handle is great, just getting her a little exposure would be appreciated. They said they wouldn’t push her and when she got to her limit they’d call me and we could go slow. They called 2 hours later that she was ready and she did great! Bath, blow dry, AND paws! I was floored. We will definitely be returning

Everything went very well. The location works well for me. The groom was as I wanted and the costs were as expected, and my pup seemed in good spirits. It was 4 hrs total time for a cost of $90 for cut, bathe, teeth, and nails.

Great experience! I dropped off my 8 month old pup. He was greeted by other dogs which really helped ease any worry he had. The groomer listened and did a wonderful cut. They were very friendly and took the time to talk.

I do NOT recommend this place. I felt that the way my dog was handled was inappropriate and frankly, endangering to his safety. Staff handled my dog in a way where trachea could undergo damage and when I brought this to staff attention, they were dismissive, uncommunicative and argumentative and I was only met with glares. I regret spending the hundreds of dollars that I have paid to them. My dog has always been very anxious when I brought him there...he did not like going there. I now think I understand why. I do not think they have any training for staff. I would recommend going elsewhere for dog grooming needs. I would give zero stars, if I could.
