Our experience with CBVC has been exceptional. Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and patient. She is helping us with an international relocation process, which requires a lot of time and work. From the front desk and veterinary technicians, the communication has been great. If you want great care for your pet this is the place to go.

Staff and Docs are great. All are knowledgeable, gracious, compassionate, friendly, approachable and really nice. Communication is spot on - face to face; text and email. No surprises. Technology is utilized efficiently. We trust them with our girl and they take great care of her.

We have just moved to Summerville with our 3 dogs. Cane Bay Veternarians was recommended to us by a trusted individual. After reading about their Fear Free practices we decided to take our Senior German Sheperd. He was due for some vaccinations and his Heartworm test. I was impressed they allowed us to stay with him during his exams - very similar to our lifelong Vet. We were early, but were greated quickly and escorted to a private exam room. Amy was thorough in her questions and also her answers to my questions. She gave a total estimate of the charges for services. No surprise bill at the end. Admittedly pricy, but they always have top notch care and their no-fear approach truly works. Both of my current puppies get so excited when they realize we're at the vet! We had two beloved old girls pass in the last 3 years and the vets and techs at Cane Bay Vet made them so comfortable in their last months - I truly believe we got that extended time with minimal pain for our girls because of their approach to palliative care. I appreciate them and how wonderful the entire staff is so much. Thanks for always taking the best care of us.

Everyone on the staff seem to be extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. They do effectively work to create a fear-free environment for dogs and their owners.
