Customer Reviews
I have been keeping my pups at Camo Diggybones for 5 years. Bella absolutely loves it there. Price is very reasonable and for a small fee she gets a bath too.
There are other, more attractive dog kennels out there, but what I care most about is that our dog is cared for - and he is. Literally every time I bring him to Camp Diggy Bones, he is pulling me in. He greets Tony with a big kiss on the lips (which Tony doesn't care for but laughs afterward), and Tony and Ripley are buds. While he's there, Ripley goes non-stop - so much so I have to pack him an additional cup of food per day! When he gets home he sleeps for days! If you want cameras to check in on your fur baby and lots of luxury, Camp Diggy Bones isn't your kennel. But if you want to leave your dog at a place that lives and cares for dogs, Camp Diggy Bones is the place to go!
Our dogs are always excited to go. Tony has to be the only person our Dutch Shepherd trusts that isn’t regularly at our house. She’s normally very guarded with strangers, but always happy to see him. I’ve seen a few people talking about older dogs not being accepted and I get it, but true kennels like this are not the place for vulnerable aged dogs. An older dog should be in a climates controlled boarding environment at the vet or a pet suites. We have an older dog in addition to our other two and she aged out of being eligible to stay with tony. He explained the risks, especially during summer, and we understood and opted to board her at our vet or we pay someone to go by our home and let her out and feed her since she usually roams the house when we are away. I cannot say enough great t
Our dog was turned away due to him being, according to the staff, too old. How sad! What kind of dog people are they?? They are overly selective and passed judgement on our dog without ever seeing him... if they had, they would see he's healthy and full of energy. They also requested a meet and greet, which is further proof to me they only want easy dogs, not any dogs that don't fit their elitist profile. It's hurtful; they just rejected a much loved member of our family. Disgusting. Dear owner..,As an owner of a place that loves dogs, supposedly, you aren't showing any compassion. Can you imagine how nice it would have been to take in a dog as wonderful as ours? You really missed the boat on this one and need to stop being so paranoid. You show your true colors and you lack compassion .
I have been using camp diggy bones for over 5+ years with great experiences from all of my dogs. They are great people who treat every pet like their own. The pricing is also incredible compared to most boarding facilities.
