OOPS! THIS WAS AT THE OTHER LOCATION. SORRY. We boarded our newly adopted 3 yr old 11 lb chihuahua mix rescue in December for about 3nts and 4 days. The staff do see a little young, but they were as sweet as they could be to our new little girl who has severe anxiety separation. I will say though that when the young man was turning her over to me she almost fell out of our arms onto the floor as she was crazy with exvitement.
I absolutely love this boarding facility. I love the compassion of the staff, and they really love their fur babies. I trust that my Great Dane and my Hound mix are safe and are taken care of by this amazing staff.
Disappointed my hubby and I drop our 6months old puppy on this passed Thursday and pick him up today 7/29 around 3:30pm. First all only kids working there and they look very inexperienced to be working with animals. 2nd my puppy came out filthy he was very dirty and had eye boogers all over his face. I was very shock because I provided them with puppy wipes to wipe him down with daily. And last my puppy seem so excited to go home and very stressed when we got in the car. I will not be bringing him bck he has been very sleepy since we got home. Having to provide him with extra love today because I feel bad with leaving him in a place like that. I was charge 150 which is a good price for those days he stayed, but i feel like they did not treat my dog good and not mention they closed 2 time
These guys are awesome. Recently dropped my fur kid off for the week while I was out of town. They took awesome care of my GSD and didn't mind me calling to check on her (the whole thing tore my nerves up). They took care of her, though, and reassured me she was the sweetheart I knew she was. Totally eased my mind. Will definitely leave her in their care again. Just knowing how well they take care of her makes it a little easier to leave her... and I was worried the dog would have separation anxiety 🙄
Very disappointed. When I dropped my two dogs off one of the kids (they all looked to be about 15-17) working there basically dragged one of them to the back by their neck using a leash. The dog is a very happy go lucky and compliant dog so there was no need for that type of handling. We were told $48 a day for the two dogs. I dropped them off at 3:30 Pm Friday and picked them up at 12:20 PM Tuesday. They would not allow me to pick them up Monday due to the holiday even though someone had to be working to feed the animals. The dogs were there for 93 hours, less than 4 days and yet we were charged 5 days. They stated you are charged for the day you drop off and the day you pick up. However, no one informed us before this. I will never use this place again. If I stay in a hotel I am charged
