My puppies absolutely love Camp Bow Wow San Ramon. Everyone is very warm and friendly. The puppies are always so excited when we get there, and I can peak in on them throughout the day through the app! They started Pawsitive with their daycare and I love how they send videos especiall Since my youngest puppy is timid.

Camp Bow Wow has been such a gift for both me and my dog. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, my dog is excited to be there — tail wagging and ready to go inside. I love that I can watch my dog hard at play during the day and know exactly how they’re spending their time. They always come home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. The staff genuinely love the dogs and treat them like their own. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind. I fully trust Camp Bow Wow with my dog and know they are safe, loved, and well cared for while I’m at work. That trust is priceless. This is a great safe place to leave your cherished pet. When my boy arrives, they greet him like family. His tail is wagging before I even bring him in the front door. For an extra special service, they even offer a bath. So at the end of his day, he gets a little spa time and when I return he smells fresh and feels so soft.

My pup Teddi seemed to enjoy her 4 day Thanksgiving boarding. She’s sweet and even tempered snd liked playing with the other dogs. I think she got excellent care and was happy when i picked her up.

I’ve brought my dog Remi to this location a few times, but after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. About a month ago, I boarded him for a Friday–Sunday stay. During his stay, I received a vague text from staff stating that Remi had been involved in an altercation with another dog but that he was “fine” and they were removing him from the situation. I immediately replied asking for details about what happened. No one ever responded or provided more detail. I tried calling but there was no answer. When I picked him up, I asked again about the incident. The staff member checking me out told me there were no notes or details about the altercation in their system at all and that a manager would follow up with me. No manager ever contacted me.
