Had a great experience bringing my newly adopted cat in for their first appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The vet was knowledgeable and transparent, taking the time to explain everything clearly. My cat was calm, treated with care, and handled with so much respect. Highly recommend them!

I have recently transferred my four cats to this location after some difficulties working with my long term vet of 10 years. You can imagine the concern in finding someone new to trust the care of my pets too. At the recommendation of a friend who also goes to this location, I was so very happy to find a dedicated team of caring professionals. Visits are seamless and front the greeting at the front, the text, provider and finally checking out everyone is friendly and helpful. I appreciated that my vet worked with me collaboratively to collect and share information about my animals and ensure I was agreeable to her suggested plan of care. Has anyone else received a sympathy card from this clinic? 72 hours later I am grieving and sad, I received a card. Very thoughtful until I open it and see smeared paw prints scattered on the card. All I could see was someone taking his cold dead paw, smearing ink and pressing the paper. Perhaps there are people who appreciate this gesture, but I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted this at all. I found this so very disturbing and makes me even sadder.

After being with the same vet for over 20yrs, I switched and Dr Tessa Green is our new vet. I could not be more happy. Dr Tessa Green was so friendly and loving to our dog. She was knowledgeable, caring, and confident in her detailed explanation of our dog’s condition. We are so happy for her genuine concern and no longer feel like our pup is just a name and number. I got my cat, Sassy, unexpectedly last July (2024). Camillus was the first vet near me that could get her in. She had several bot flies and was treated the same day i got her! She was a baby so they also gave me some leftover kitten formula that they had on hand (I wasn't sure if i would keep her at this point) and prescribed antibiotics. I called for advice a few times because of her issues and I was treated very well and my questions were answered sufficiently. I think I went 3-4 times after for vaccines and another bot fly removal, then we were on our way. Dr. otto and the other staff were so kind and loved Sassy. I did go and get a free rabies shot, and I also went elsewhere for spay surgery due to the price but they had no issue in sending the records and were completely understanding
