Calling All Creatures Veterinary Hospital

I’m grateful to Dr. Bennett, Hayley, and the entire staff at Calling All Creatures for their compassion and open communication. I recently changed my senior dog’s veterinarian and was delighted with how she was received at the clinic. For the first time in a long time, I felt relieved that all my concerns were addressed, and I was given good advice from Dr. Bennett.

So I took my cats in. They don't push services on you, they are expensive but what vet isn't? Good service and helped my babies with ear mites that just wouldn't go away. Overall we will be back. They even called the next day to check up on my babies. I think this is going to be our primary vet going forward as the other places we've been have tried so hard to push stuff on us we didn't need or want. I don't mind suggestions so this really won me over.

I can't say enough good things about Hayley, the vet tech who took care of my cat, Sophie Rose. She's just awesome. And Marley at the front desk is always great. This visit was just a tech appointment, so I didn't have cause to interact with anyone else, but I know from past experiences that the vets and staff are all great.

We used them for 10 years and I can say that the employees at the front desk and techs are great. Unfortunately, ever since it changed ownership, I feel the quality of service provided by the veterinarians has declined significantly. They "mixed up" (lost) my dog's blood work, provided some vague answers, and even raised prices to a level that I feel doesn't match inflation (a year ago they wanted to charge $40 or $60 -I don't exactly remember- to cut my dog's nails after bringing him in for an appointment and other services. However, the worst was when my dog was very sick, and we had to take him to the specialist, yet the vet refused (yes, refused) to talk to the other doctor about my dog's condition and test results.

Ive been bringing my pets here for years. My most recent experience was with my cat. They were so gentle with my cat and took care of him. They were conservative with their approach. Didn’t run any unnecessary tests. They called and checked on him. And he’s back to his usual self. What a relief. Thank You Dr Bennett, Allie and Christine.
