Today I had the best customer service experience!!! Everyone at Cali Pet Grooming went above and beyond with all the services we needed. They where understanding, carrying and flexible . Same day appointment. I dropped her off and was done less that 2 hours. She came out with a cute bandanna and little bows ❤️❤️. We are so grateful with your service!! My boys looked amazing when they came out, I usually wash them myself but this will now be their new groomer! Great communication, easy access to location, overall a great experience highly recommended

First time trying Calis Pet Grooming and I highly recommend! The owner explained the process and advised me that my dog would be in good hands. My dog came out looking great and he seemed very happy. The service was great! Please consider bringing your dog as I feel very comfortable bringing mine back.

Took my 3 doggies to get full service grooming about a week ago and they have all been so happy and healthy. One of my dogs was matted and they completely transformed her! We also got the flea bath and anti flea medication for all of them at a very affordable price. The stray cats in my neighborhood make it impossible to get rid of fleas but they are finally gone!! Pedro and Maria are so sweet and they were very careful and professional in handling our dogs. They also make it easy to communicate over the phone and text. Thank you so much! We will be coming back.
