Butler Veterinary Hospital

About 3 weeks ago we noticed our cat had a loose tooth we didn’t trust our last vet so we landed with Butler Vet. Because lucky is 14 years old we were worried about possible complications during his surgery but Dr. Garro made us feel secure and explained everything throughly. I can’t thank her enough for her time and attention to Lucky. She is honestly the best, as someone who loves animals, I can tell she genuinely cares about your furry friends. She doesn’t overcharge, she is truthful from the beginning on what needs to be done and all estimates. Once again, thank you to all the staff, such as techs, front desk and Dr. Garro for their kind care and love. PS. They gave Lucky a little funny cone to have during his recovery. He loves it.

Our 12 year old Golden Retriever had been sick for 10 days. She became progressively worse last night. Our veterinary clinic was closed Saturday. I called, explained her situation and they fit us in at 10. Though it was devastating to put her down, the staff couldn’t have been more compassionate and kind. It made us feel that this was the place she needed to be. I would not hesitate to recommend them for veterinary care. Though too soon to think about having another dog, if we did decide to get another, I would definitely be bringing her here for veterinary visits.

Butler Veterinary Hospital is amazing! We needed a last-minute emergency appointment the day before Thanksgiving after my dog jumped off a chair while playing and hurt himself. Even on such a busy day, they got us in right away. The entire team was incredibly kind, and the vet was so caring, compassionate, and thorough during the evaluation. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care they provided. Highly recommend Butler Animal Hospital!

The doctors at Butler Veterinary Hospital are truly amazing. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable, always taking time to explain what’s happening with my dogs, as well as all of the treatment and care options. They truly care about their patients and want the best possible outcomes. The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

Such a great experience. I really appreciate that they keep sick and well animals completely separate—it made the visit feel so much safer and less stressful. We were also taken in right on time, no long waiting with an anxious pet. The staff was kind, efficient, and clearly thoughtful about both pet and owner comfort. This is exactly how a vet visit should be run.
