Bushnell Animal Clinic

I brought a stray cat I named Purrcy to Bushnell Animal Clinic, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment the very same day I called, which was so convenient. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by everyone, including the new manager Tammy. Diane quickly brought us into an exam room and offered me a bottle of water. She was so friendly and efficient, and so kind and gentle with Purrcy. Dr. Hart examined him thoroughly and diagnosed an ear infection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined a treatment plan with several options. I have all but given up on vet practices lately , seems most are more into making a huge profit and not so much about caring for the animals and owners... UNTIL I WENT TO BUSHNELL ANIMAL CLINIC .My dog was very sick with alot of vomiting and bloody diarrhea and the staff here fit us in their busy schedule yesterday and although we waited a couple hours the staff were ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL, WONDERFUL AND SO CARING!! They kept me informed throughout my stay and loved on my dog through all his shots and drawing of blood.. the Doctor also gave me his personal phone # in case my dog had anymore vomiting overnight!! No vets do that anymore!! That was such a kind gesture.. the girls here are so amazing and you can tell they love all the animals and take pride in their jobs!!! My bill

We had a very good experience with this Vet. Our cat Ralph was sick and not eating. They were able to slip him in the same day and provided him great care and he was back 100% by next day. They were very knowledgeable and were attentive towards Ralph. We really appreciated all they did.

Met Dr. Hart today and we're so happy he's here. Very personable and full of knowledge. He takes his time to answer any questions you may have and explains things in a way that is easy to understand without feeling like you are being spoken down to. His staff is just as amazing as he is. Highly recommend!
