Dr. Burnett and staff have always been extremely helpful and compassionate when treating my best friends golden retriever. They go out of their way to try to help her sweet pupper feel better. Butter is 11 now and she goes in with her tail wagging and is not hesitant at all! When you’re as old as she is, the trips become much more frequent. They have ever had a single bad experience here, many years of working her in and making sure Butter is as healthy as possible.

The staff and Doc Burnett was great helping me with three kittens my husband found in his boat. Without their care and help our kittens would have not made it. We are not cat people so this was a new experience. Wait time was minimal. Calls answered and got appt as quickly as I needed it. I also saw other emergency pets there and abandoned animals that they cared for.

The staff was wonderful. I want to say a very special thank you to Angie. When my lil pitty Deek saw her , his tail began wagging and he was happy to see her. Thank you guys for helping this amazing lil puppy

Gave my TEACUP Yorkshire Terrier a dose of medicine big enough for a fully grown GREAT DANE or a BABY HORSE , resulting in seizures, internal bleeding, and near death. I would definitely not recommend using this vet. The doctor here does not know what he is doing.
