My daughter called, very distressed and trying not to cry, to ask about her cat being poisoned, what should she do, how should she get the cat in to see them, aka make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE! She told my daughter they have not taken walk-in's in 7 years (how would my daughter know that) and to try someone else and then HUNG UP on her. So I will NEVER use their services again.

One of the best Animal clinics I have ever been to. All staff are very genuine & prices are very reasonable. Doctor Morley is very empathetic with both pet & owners & he is also very knowledgeable. Thank You Doctor Morley for being the calm in my storm, when I had to bring my Fur Baby to you on a emergency weekend visit 😊🐕🐱

They have been wonderful to all of my dogs. They are not pushing a product or service on you when you walk in the door. Staff and Dr are friendly and seem to care. Prices are budget friendly in my opinion for basic services. Have not had to use them for anything major as of yet. Availability has also been a plus for scheduling appointments.
