Bulldog Grooming was referred to me by Cottonwood. After calling and leaving a voicemail about scheduling to have our new puppy groomed we did not hear back for multiple days. When we did finally hear back it was via text message and the verbiage of the text made it seem like they were quite uninterested in our business. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had my husband text back to ask when they had open availability. That was Saturday afternoon and he just received another text this morning (Monday morning) letting him know they had two availabilities and what those were. We have already made an appointment with a different groomer in Winfield after not hearing back in a timely manner. If you aren't trying to get your dog groomed soon, then they might be great.
