Always have a lovely experience here, decided recently I wanted to get a gargoyle gecko and there customer service while decided which one I'd like was absolutely amazing, they have a abundance of supplies and takes amazing care of there animals. I 100% recommend coming here for any reptile questions or reptile supplies or reptiles themself.

Bought two white tree frogs there back in May as well as a terrarium and all the supplies I needed. I wanted to wait awhile before giving a review to make sure the frogs were healthy. They are and so far so good. I’ve been back a few times to buy some random things and the employees are always helpful. They a have a lot of animals for sale so def worth checking out.

The best reptile and Fish pet store in the greater Buffalo area if you ever need meal worms, lights, crested gecko diet, stuff for your enclosure set up. They have it all as well as some really interesting animals for sale as well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you have a pet reptile. Especially if you are in the market for things like live insects compared to PetSmart and places that are similar, their quality is just astronomically better 😎🦎

Relatively accessible, totally supportive. Mari and Elijah helped me today to investigate some puzzles, making meaningful product suggestions that made me even happier to be spending my money locally. To my delight, none of the fish tanks or animal habitats were overcrowded. There were enrichments, compatible species, good lighting, and healthy examples of how a healthy animal environment could look. Prices are competitive, hours are accessible to people who work different shifts. Staff are remarkably knowledgeable and enthusiastic, they take their jobs seriously. I was absolutely delighted and got right to putting my purchases into action at home.

Love this place. They are always helpful and know what there talking about and show you options even if it’s cheaper in price because they care more about helping your and your animals stay healthy then they are about money. Highly recommend for fish and reptiles and everything needed for them. They helped me get my whole setup for my day geckos and educated me and teach me more every time I go there
