We love Dr Watts at Buckley veterinary hospital. Takes her time with us and makes us feel like we are part of her family. Our new pups first visit and I had a whole list of questions and she made sure I understood everything I had asked. I highly recommend this practice.
My dog was handled with care for his neuter surgery and has done well without complications post surgery with their support. I was pleasantly surprised they left his scrotum intact and that they did a complimentary nail trim while he was asleep. He was not at all afraid to return to the office which speaks volumes that he was treated well. The price was very fair for the service received.
I made an appointment to get advice on my 18 year old sweet baby dogs quality of life. Not only did the vet take time to talk to me, she reassured me and made me feel so much better. The ladies were so incredibly nice and understanding. I truly appreciate the way everything was handled.
Dr. Watts is an angel from heaven. My parents recently rescued the smallest and sweetest kitten from a local rescue and had her for about a week when she started throwing up and having diarrhea. She was so small that they thankfully decided to take her to the vet as soon as they could. Dr Watts worked with her and broke the news to my parents that she has Parvo, essentially a death sentence for kittens with a mortality rate of 95%. We were all crushed, but Dr Watts didn’t want to give up on the kitten and took her home where she had an incubator and could administer IV fluids. My parents just got her back after 4 days in Dr Watts care, and while she’s not out of the woods yet, she was given a chance at life because of Dr Watts going above and beyond. Absolutely loved the Veterinarian & staff! She was so caring & really took the time with my cat as well as taking the time to talk to me & answer all questions I had about her care. I will definitely being going here from now on. So glad my neighbor told me about Buckley Veterinary Hospital!
