Truly the best of the best. Every time i have to take my boy here it’s usually stressful and sad, but this team is so caring, gentle and kind , i always leave feeling reassured and taken care of. Thank you for caring for my baby and making sure he is always healthy.

From the moment you walk into Buckhaven Vet Clinic, you feel welcomed. The front desk staff is warm, professional, and truly attentive, making the entire experience stress-free. Their follow-up care is just as thoughtful, ensuring that you always feel supported even after your visit. Dr. Mark is absolutely fabulous—kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our three dogs have high anxiety and are honestly just a little weird but he handles them so well. We also have a really grouchy cat which the team there is always able to treat as well. Dr. Mark really takes the time to explain everything clearly while putting both pets and their owners at ease. We had a great experience at BuckHaven. We called on a Wednesday and were able to get an appointment for that Saturday as a new patient. We were allowed to go inside, even with social distancing going on. It made us feel more comfortable that we got to go in, especially since we’d never been before. There were no other patients in the lobby, and we were easily able to stay six feet away from the employees. The inside was decorated very nicely and the room where we saw the vet was huge. The place felt very clean and well-kept. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. The vet tech, Mary (I believe), was also wonderful. Our pup took to her right away, and she took to him. The vet, Dr. Britton, was amazing as well. They were patient with us as we asked a bunch of new dog parent questions
