Bubbles Pet Grooming

I had a very bad experience at this place. I had to wait 7 hours for my dog ​​to get a haircut (I dropped him off at 7:30 am). The next morning, I found a nasty cut under his neck, like a razor burn. I took him to the vet, and he confirmed that it was caused during the grooming; it's a typical wound made by electric clippers. Now I understand the 7-hour wait. They were probably waiting for the wound to heal and trying to cover it up. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This is the best grooming service of my universe. I have been taking my pups here for the past 10 years. The staff is absolutely fabulous, the dogs love it, they care about the dogs well being! They are absolutely affordable. I travel from Cutler Bay to Gables just so my cuties can get the treatment they deserve.

Listen I love Bubbles! My girl always comes home adorable and clean. The prices are also extremely reasonable and fair. The major con is that there are not appointments, you just basically show up. The first few times I brought her during the week and had no issues. She was returned in ~2-3 hours. However, I brought her on a Saturday and she was there for 10 hours. They do have access to water and potty breaks but it is still far too long for a dog. I still love Bubbles but will not bring her on a weekend again. So my advice is to show up early (7 am!!!) and avoid weekends if possible.

I have been coming to this place for years and love their professionalism and the good care they take with my dogs and my doggie always comes back fluffy and smelling great.

Highly recommend! I am super picky about how my dog gets groomed. He's an Australian Shepherd and I've had some horror stories with groomers. However, Bubbles Pet Grooming did exactly what I asked in giving him a small trim just to make him look less shaggy. He also smells delicious and everyone there was extremely nice. Definitely will be going back here with him!! Thank you
