Bubbles & Bows Pet Salon and Boarding of Nashville

This is not our Mr. Bentley's first time being boarded at facility. Their communication regarding pricing is off between the Owner and her young employees. An email was sent out to customers 3/26/24, explaining the facility would be family ran. She is moving towards treating her customers and pets like family. Family doesn't arrive after scheduled pickup time between 5pm and 6pm on Sundays without communicating with the customers letting them know the situation. Myself, and another customer was scheduled for pickup today between 5pm and 6pm, which is boarding pickup hours on Sundays, not an arrangement. Bubbles and Bows is one of the best pet salons I have ever been to. Their customer service was amazing, and my pup came back happy and pampered. They also have a cute display with lots of accessories for sale, including collars, leashes, treats, and even shampoo and lotion sets. All in all, I was very satisfied with my dog's care, and will be visiting again soon.

They took good care of our Furbaby Bella. They washed, brushed, and cut her long hair. She looks very good. Affordable. Will go there again.

Highly Recommended. Romeo isn’t the easiest dog to groom, but Betsy did an excellent job!
