Bubbles & Bows Pet Grooming

I’ve been going to bubbles and bows for almost 10 years and have always given them the benefit of the doubt until this last appointment. We often would pop between the two locations because it seemed like they were cohesive and worked together so we will be posting this in both stores; over the past couple of years we really noticed a difference in attention to detail and the boarding was amazing, the grooms were so worth the price. Except around fall this year the quality really shifted. When we picked our dogs up from boarding they smelled like feces and they were noticeably dirty, we used to get calls to see if we wanted baths before pick up and they would bring our pets out to us with clean items. the last time our items were so dirty we chucked them before leaving the parking lot, the

I'm giving Bubbles-n-Bows a "3"....but I'd give Layla a "5 Star"! Layla groomed our dog-who is petrified to leave the house-much less be around other dogs. She was patient, gave him extra space and time, called me with an update -just went totally out of her way! I say "out of her way" because.....When we showed up for our appt I was told our appt had been cancelled!!! I was pretty upset as we absolutely did NOT cancel the appt! In fact BubblesnBows cancelled on us a month earlier!!!! They called us literally the night before and said they had no groomers & couldn't get our dog in for another MONTH! So when I showed up today and was told "we cancelled" I was not happy!!!! (It's always something with them!) Layla not only squeezed our dog in but got him done timely and did a great job! H

Our visit to bubbles and bows Janesville, was a very positive and welcoming experience. I was pleased to see how Monica and her staff love the animals, and the care they take with each one. Monica is a one of a kind individual that has gone above and beyond, not just for me but my dog Braille as well. I highly recommend Bubbles and Bows for all your grooming needs. I typically don’t do reviews especially negative ones but I’m beyond frustrated. We had scheduled an appointment for my dog to get a hair cut and spa treatment. The highest tier you can get. Our appointment was set for 8am. We arrived early for our appointment and no one was there. Someone pulled up at 8:10 and apologized. I let it go. When we get inside, they said that my dog was only booked for a bath which was not correct. I was then told that there wasn’t a groomer in that day. Why was I able to book a groom if there wasn’t a groomer that day? They then said if it would be a $10 cancellation fee if I cancelled. Why would I get charged for your inability to do the service I scheduled? This was it for me. Not coming back.

I had my dog groomed in Janesville today . They did something to him, because he’s in pain. If he doesn’t change I will take him to see his vet tomorrow. He will not go back there. If he is still like this he’s going to see his vet.
