I’ve never used them cause I never got to. I booked and PLANNED my appointment 2 months ahead of time, and I was busy with work the week of and I didn’t get to see their “confirmation message” which I shouldn’t have needed due to already having an appointment with them and I didn’t get to respond due to me working stressful shifts at the hospital on night shift so I sleep during the day. They canceled my appointment I had made for 2 months and gave it to someone else without letting me know at all. So It put me in a bind cause I changed all my times for plans I had that day just to be crossed off their schedule due to not replying to a Facebook message about confirmation, plus I do not look at my Facebook messages hardly at all. These people are so great and reasonable they do a great job compared to who I was using my baby always look sharp and beautiful

WARNING!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! My poor dog came home with burn marks from their clippers. They stated she was being difficult and had to restrain her! She has never once in her life been difficult with any groomer! They do NOT know what they are doing!! They need to be closed down immediately!
