Bubbles & Bows Dog Grooming

Completely unacceptable….I took my Maltese poodle, Bellini, in for a haircut and bath and at first I was very pleased to see how nice she had come out and how they accommodated staying past store hours to groom her. Turns out they had cut her in a few places without even mentioning so when I picked her up. She’s been itching herself all over afterwards too! I gave this place a call to see what might have happened or where they might have gone wrong. The groomer who had done everything for Bellini, Allison, quickly apologized while crying and mentioned that she had 4 dogs herself and that she would have never let that happen without her knowing and that she would have told me if she had noticed anything off about her. I mentioned the itching and she said she’d go ahead and give her a hypoal

Thank you Melissa and the staff at bubbles and bows. Your help and care with Bullseye has been wonderful. I know bubbles and bows is a business and its your job to help us with our pets.. but the care and love in your heart goes far beyond the call of duty. I see it in your eyes and smile when you greet us at the shop and the way you live your life inside and outside bubbles and bows. Thank you.

I called for an appointment on the Monday of Thanksgiving week and got an appointment Wednesday after hours. Very efficient, done in less than 30 minutes for my 13lb mini Aussie. My girl is really shy and nervous around new people, and gave a bit of trouble with the dremmel (her first time at a groomer’s the day after her 1st birthday). They took good care of her and she came out so soft and clean! Thank you for the great work, will be coming back again!

OMG they are amazing or should I say she is amazing because I don’t remember her name but she knows who she is!!! She is amazing and quick plus she does amazing for as squirmy and jerky as my beloved Marley the Shih Tzu I Shih Tzu not! 11yrs old and finally someone able to trim all his nails! Now due to his own self he gets a little more taken around the nose but I don’t know how she gets any of it 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ here are pics of Shenobe Black Shepherd and Border Collie and Bubbles and Bows do a great Skunk 🦨 bath 🙏and the beat part she is more than affordable but if Shenobe and Marley keep it up she may charge me more 🤦‍♀️ I come from Glencoe and worth it every time!

I called in yesterday and was able to get an appointment next day. My dog was ready in less than two hours. Every other place I have taken him, takes more than 4 hours at least. Best of all, his cut was so cute! This is the fastest review I have ever written because of how great the service was. We will come back soon!
