Called to schedule a grooming appointment for my 2 Belgian Malinois, to which I get a response from the owner “I don’t trust that breed of dog,” refusing to groom them without ever meeting or discussing their behavior. They are the friendliest, kindest boys and she judged them before even asking about them. A picture of my sweet boys!

Irene has groomed my dog for 9 years and my mom's dog for years prior to that. She is always flexible with me, understanding and gracious when I forget an appointment (mom of 4/my life is hectic) and someone I trust fully with my furbaby. She cares for my pup with the same love I do and is always patient with him (especially at his older man age now where he is more temperamental). Would highly recommend her!!

I found Irene after another groomer had nicked my shi tzus eye lid and tried to use glue rather than letting me know about the slip up which I understand happens. Irene took care of my Precious until she died and now takes care of my grandpup. She's terrific and I highly recommend

I have been taking my dog there for over 11 years. Irene is very good and loves her customers. She has a special day for older dogs and special need dogs so they don't get overly stressed.

I have taken my dogs to Bubbles and Biscuits for over 10 years. We love Irene and my Golden Retriever loves to go there. Irene is very good with appointment communication and sells great dog toys and treats too.❤️
