From the very first visit, it was clear that Misha felt safe and loved there. You can always tell when a dog is uncomfortable—and that’s never the case here. Misha struts in like she owns the place! Until Shannon and the Bubbles Away squad we had the most trouble finding a groomer to help our little Charlie. He is a rescue and has some trauma so can be very vocal when folks get too close to him. We had tried a few groomers who told us they couldn’t clip his nails or bathe him because he whined too loud and other clients might not want to bring their dog in if they heard a dog whining that loudly. But thankfully Shannon and team were able to help. We are SO grateful and our Charlie is much happier now with shorter nails! We will be going back monthly!

I have been bringing my boy, Chester, to Bubbles Away since he was just a pup. He is now 13 and a half! He is my soul dog, and I wouldn't trust him to just anyone. But the team here is always amazing. They've seen him through all of his life stages. And yes, they make sure he always looks "cute." But most importantly they put his safety, health, and well-being as the top priority. As a veterinary and animal welfare professional, that means everything to me.

We took Teddy for a grooming today. The staff that was there today were so sweet! They did exactly what I wanted and beyond! Shannon did an AMAZING job! With him he got a haircut and he looks absolutely adorable and smelled so delicious. Definitely recommend 10/10 We will be back for his next cut and bath. 🥰
