Bubble & Bark

Bubble and Bark just opened in Bedford and I heard good things from locals about the team, therefore decided to take my 2 year old shihtzu for a much needed grooming. We haven’t had good experiences at the last three places we took our pup to. Making an appointment online was easy. I actually ended up missing the first appointment and the staff was very understanding. Immediately got an appointment for the next day via text. My pup gets anxious and fidgets during grooming, hates the dryer and has come back with very uneven and uncomfortably close shaves in the past so I added this info in instructions. SO happy with the exceptional service I received from bubble and bark. They listened to my grooming instructions and my dog came out looking perfect and smelling great ! 5 HOURS for a simple shave down??? Outrageous. They seemed to have double/triple booked and didn't have time to complete one dog at a time. Yes, she had mats, yes, she badly needed a grooming but there was no reason to demat and then shave down..should have just asked me first and then done the shave instead of wasting the time on dematting (if that's what they really did) Never have been so poorly treated.

My Luna’s FAVORITE place to get groomed! Lauren and Lori are truly the most caring, most patient, and genuinely the most passionate groomers I’ve ever met. The love and commitment these two have for every single dog that comes through the door is unmatched. Just take a look at their wall of pictures — they have a collection of all the doggies apart of the Bubble & Bark community! They know them all by name, they CARE about every dog and owner that walks through the door. Now that’s dedication — and it’s hard to come by these days. There’s never a day Luna isn’t practically dragging me to the door, tail-wagging like crazy! They’re the best in the area, the best in the game, and they treat everyone like family. Not to mention, what’s better than supporting a local, women-owned business?!

Love this place. Lauren and Lori clearly love animals, and treat my very nervous Joey with such patience and love, he ends up having a great experience getting all clean and trimmed. Love the bandana touch!
