I had a great experience with this groomer! They were incredibly friendly, clearly love animals, and gave my dog the cutest and best-looking haircut we’ve ever had. They even fit us in on short notice, which I really appreciated. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but the quality and care made it worth it. Overall, I’m very happy and will definitely be coming back!

I had a good experience here today. I made a mistake online and booked the wrong kind of appointment. They were still flexible and were kind enough to cut my dog’s hair. The website is a little confusing but they said they’re redoing it. My dog looks good and they are kind to pets. Please support this local business instead of going to PetSmart or PetCo. You get better quality here and they genuinely loved my dog. They do a good job of asking you what you want and have you look at the sample lengths. They don’t leave room for error— you’ll get what you want because they are clear.

I’ve gone to several different places to get my dogs haircuts. And this is the only place that I will drive 30 minutes to continue taking them to. They have never done a bad job. My dogs are always so happy when I pick them up. They are never scared when I drop them off. And they always look so amazing. The girls that work there are so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone.

My dog is a good dog, but when he gets anxious, he gets aggressive. Nothing makes him more anxious than having his nails trimmed. I was doing it myself because I was afraid he'd bite a groomer, but the last couple times I did it, he was wary of me for a long time after and I felt like it was negatively impacting how he viewed me. So I reached out to Brush Bath and Beyond. I explained the situation and talked with them about his responses and my concerns and we agreed to try it with him in a muzzle. What took me forever at home took them less than 5 minutes. Plus they did a much better job than I would have. Worth every penny. (I took him out to get a special treat after and by the time we were home, he was perfectly happy--this might legitimately save our relationship).
