I have a long hair cat whom I bring here every 2-3 months for a sanitary trim. The groomer, Hailey, does a fantastic job with meeting my needs for him from nail trim, to fur between his paws and trining the fur around his behind and back legs. The price is reasonable and he comes out looking more handsome every single time. The staff always takes good care of us for our grooming needs!

Has begun to (potentially) scam people by demanding payments before visits via reading your credit card over the phone (extremely unsecure) as opposed to secure online payment systems. Never missed an appointment I scheduled before so it couldn't be due to missing an appointment.

This vet has cares very LITTLE about animals. Every time I try to have my cat seen, he disregards how I feel and tells me to take my cat elsewhere. Don’t come here.

I have been with Brownstown Animal hospital for years. I have my dog on medication that I spend $300 a month for. My dog had an ACL tare at an emergency vet in Malvern PA which they are great by the way, very professional and helpful. Brownstown animal hospital is my family vet and I was told to call them to get the remaining staples removed from the ACL tare. I asked them a few weeks ago about getting in to get them out and they said to call and it’s a free of charge appt to remove them. I call today and they do not even want to look at the dog in person to determine if they can do. Julia was the girl I spoke to which was very unprofessional on the phone and actually hung up on me.
