I cannot express enough gratitude to the wonderful staff at Brown Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, Lulu and I were greeted with warm welcomes and kind smiles. The doctor's assistant was an incredible communicator and truly set my mind at ease. I left feeling so relieved and confident in Lulu's care; the doctor explained everything clearly and provided all the medication she needs. I especially appreciated their patience and kindness when I needed a moment to gather my thoughts. Thank you for taking such good care of my precious girl!"

Needed to get my Labrador to see a Vet for a skin condition with short notice. BVC gave me an appointment that day. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The Vet Tech was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The vet, Dr. Bryan Gorbutt was great. Thorough exam with a treatment plan to resolve issue. Very grateful for the service of this team for a new patient in need.

We are in the area on vacation for a couple of weeks, and had a tumor appear on our dog, the next day it was irritated, and bleeding, and we were out on the water. I started looking for a vet we could get into later that day and found Brown Veterinary Clinic was open unto 10pm. We called and they advised we could walk in anytime. We arrived just before 6pm and were seen promptly. They advised it would need to be removed and biopsied, after cleaning the area and evaluating. We originally decided to wait until we got home, but with other travel plans in the near future, we opted to call and schedule with them. I love how the team works together. Dr. Cappelmann saw both of my dogs, one last-minute, and explained every detail and answered ever question. I feel like I trust him without them trying to sell unneeded services. He showed me how he picked off a chunk of tartar off of my dog's teeth and I was mesmerized! The ladies are always hustling and bustling behind the scenes. 💕 I appreciate their honesty and they seem to always be available to help.
