Dr. Ertel was kind, down-to-earth & quickly diagnosed the problem she had seen many times before & took action to help my dog right there at the first ever appointment! (No jacking around, no hour in the waiting room, no extra appointment to do what we came to the vet for initially!) Thank you, Dr. Ertel & staff! I look forward to bringing all my dogs to you.

Took our cat in because our normal vet was booked up. We went in on a Friday. They checked her over and said it was just an upset stomach, try giving her broth or tuna. They did say she had a parasite but we were to give her meds and it was not a big deal. To her home and gave her the meds for the parasite and one to help with lose stool. Tried the broth and tuna. Nothing. She part on Sunday morning. Her last two days were miserable. Friday afternoon she was a "heathy cat" with just an upset stomach. Sunday morning I was laying her to rest.

All of the staff we encountered here are were outstanding, caring and did a beautiful job with our senior cat. He needed euthanasia & cremation. Everything went perfectly. Their care & compassion were so on point. Thank you to the entire staff. ❤️

The staff was Excellent the receptionist was Awesome very kind and loving people. Love the environment. This is definitely where we will be staying.
