My name is Sabrina and I had a nine thirty appointment this morning for cali. I have been sitting there for an hour. They open up late.They said they open at 8, but it was after 9:30.When the young lady got there. I was sitting there another lady pulled up after me and another lady pull up after her.So when the girl came to open up we got out of our cars to go in. The lady that pulled up after me, she went in, and I told her, I said, I was her first I have a 9:30 appointment, she said, oh, it doesn't matter. So do I and I felt like the attendant behind the desk should have told her you have to wait your turn but instead she treated me as if I was a nobody standing there. I have a munchkin cat and Golden doodle They are groomed by Lisa and staff. I’ve been coming to Her for almost 4 years now. I was their yesterday which the staff was very Good to my pets . The lady that say She had a bad experience I’m sorry to hear That but I was there @ 9:00 am and 12:00 And back again 1:00 because Lisa didn’t want my cat to have to be longer because The Golden doodle want done yet Due to all the customers she was doing. The lady that wrote the bad review couple Question 1. Did you ask to speak to Lisa. 2. Before paying did you let them know you weren’t happy. 3 . Did you ask her staff about you feeling they were rude . 4. Before making a review when your not Happy you need to let the owner know How the service was so they handle it and make it right . My wife Ginny and I took our two Shih Tzu girls to Brooksville Pet Grooming yesterday, and Lisa and her staff did a beautiful job of grooming them. We've been having Lisa keep girls looking pristine and smelling wonderful for over four years!
