My pups are so well cared for here. They are fast at responding to requests for boarding. Friendly helpful staff. Very Happy we found this place. I have an 85lb Pit and a 20lb Frenchie.

This is the second time I’ve used them for boarding my mini schnauzer. They had a blast on their overnight stay and the staff were very friendly. I especially love how everyone who works there tells me about how my pups acted during their stays.

My dog’s face is all messed up after staying here for 6 days. Staff would not even look at her after I asked them about it. They could not care less. If they “baby your babies” as their website states we do not have even close to the same standards. Update to your response: you’re so full of crap it’s ridiculous. When I picked up the dog from your facility and put her in my vehicle and noticed her face I immediately went inside and asked about it. One young guy threw his hands up and said I don’t know I wasn’t here. The other lady denied any sort of accountability whatsoever. As far as you stating that the dog ran out of food, how does a 50lb bag of food run out in a week? And then the same bag was returned to me when I picked them up? Did you not feed them the food I supplied? Why don’t

So very pleased with the care of our mixed Anatolian Shepherd, Isaiah! He is so happy when we pick him up and even more excited when we drop him off! He loves going to play with his friends there while we are away. He is utterly exhausted from all of his playtime there when we take him home. Love to see how happy Isaiah is to be there! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. Thankful to have such a nice place for Isaiah to stay when we have to go out of town!

We have used this place multiple times. Never an issue until this last time. Our dogs came back smelling worse than when we left them. My one dog got a rash and had to go to the vet and get treated right after going here. Then my other dog got kennel cough while here. Now all my dogs have it. Its been nothing but vet visits since they went here. I am very disappointed this time around. We will not be using this place ever again. I know things can happen but this place has went to crap. Someone is not keeping up with the place. It smelled so terrible. The one lady is always rude and probably ruins a lot of customers satisfaction. Just an fyi my dogs have been no place but here and home. All my dogs were fine until we boarded them here.
