We’ve taken all of our pets to Brookside over the past 11 years (one dog and three cats) and they have always been kind and compassionate in their care. We especially appreciate their extended hours on Thursdays, which makes it much easier to schedule appointments around our work schedules. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, Maggie, and the team was able to get us in right away to help end her suffering. It meant so much that Maggie was surrounded by familiar, caring faces, and that we were given the time and space to be with her. Thank you.

Dr. Ely and Dr. Hickman are wonderful! We have been struggling for over 18 months and with three other clinics to diagnose our cat. They spent the time, provided ultrasound, and blood pressure readings today (which no other clinic offered or suggested!) and they were able to diagnose the issue. Their professionalism and care are unmatched! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you both for all you do!

I've adopted many pets with pre-existing health issues, and the medical attention we've received has been largely successful. Even in cases where pets didn't make it, they went above and beyond. What started out as a five star review would soon turn into a zero. My dog was an elderly dog. I fostered her and then adopted her in December. She had issues and extreme pain in her neck and her back legs and her spine. They never gave her pain medication only joint supplements that they wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on.that does nothing for an elderly dog when so much damage is already done . They just wanted to do tons of unnecessary testing and medication‘s bought from them that would have done nothing for her. They never controlled her severe pain that they knew she was in.and that’s the worst of all of this.
